With two of the three partners at the firm formerly at the Bulgarian Securities Exchange [regulator], ‘it knows local securities law and the large number of regulation issued by the Financial Supervision Commission’. Despite market conditions, the firm still managed to handle some significant transactions”.

Chambers Еurope 2015 says that DTT “adopts an in-depth focus on complex capital markets mandates, covering equity offerings, convertible debt, takeover bids and the reorganisation of listed companies. Highly knowledgeable of detailed regulatory matters.” In former editions of Chambers Еurope DTT is recommended as “well known for its strength in capital markets, where it managed to retain work despite the economic downturn… and has strong reputation for being very good in the sector, particularly for local companies”.
